"The app economy is at a critical place today. The low barrier of entry for development has created an ever increasing volume of new apps that are flooding the market and outpacing consumers' ability to stay on top of what's available. Within the ecosystem, a wide disparity of quality, security, privacy and value has left consumers confused and developers scrambling to discover, create or work around an ever changing set of best practices. The Alliance aims to solve this problem by uniting developers under a common framework and MEDL is thrilled to take a leadership position in shaping this important initiative."
